Egan National Valuers (ACT) with an office in Canberra and Egan National
Valuers (Vic) with an office in Melbourne. The Egan National Valuers

Company History
Egan National Valuers (NSW) are Property Valuers and
Consultants, established by Frank Egan in 1971. The company developed providing
independent real estate valuations and consultancy, free of real estate agency
and management. Egan National Valuers (NSW) has a reputation for providing
independent, impartial and professional service in the provision of an
efficient, responsible valuation service to our clients and a progressive
attitude to meeting the challenges of an ever-changing market. The company
operates from offices in Rosebery (South Sydney) and covers the Greater Sydney
Metropolitan area, in addition to major regional centres in New South Wales.

Pierre has been practising as a valuer in the Sydney
metropolitan area since 1984 and joined Egan National Valuers (NSW) in 1991.
Pierre has a broad range of experience in regards to various types of
valuations and development feasibility studies which have been carried
out most parts of the Sydney metropolitan area, Central Coast of New South
Wales, upper North Coast of New South Wales and Wollongong areas, providing
valuations for both public and private clients including the areas of
commercial and residential mortgage clients, litigation (Family Law Purposes),
Just Terms Compensation, rental determinations, as well as Australian Property
Institute presidential appointments in regard to rental determinations and
capital valuations
Pierre has also appeared as an expert witness in relation to
rating objections under the Valuation of Land Act.

Paul joined Egan National Valuers in 1997, having commenced his
career in property valuation in 1979 he has extensive experience in valuations
under the Valuation of Land Act, rental assessments and determinations, and
development feasibility and valuations for family law purposes. He has
knowledge of acquisition valuations under Just Terms Act.
Paul provides valuations and consultancy advice to a wide range
of clients including banks, State and Local Government, private clients and
solicitors.

Estate Valuer 1285.
Terry joined Egan National Valuers in January 1981, and during
the period 1985 - 2002 he was a Director of Egan National Valuers. He is a
consultant to a number of metropolitan Councils and advises on the purchase,
leasing and disposal of real estate assets.
Almost all current work involves acting as an Expert Witness in
matters relating to Compulsory Acquisitions, (Particularly Easements) and
Professional Indemnity cases.

Geoff McGuirk joined Egan National Valuers in 1989, and
specialises in the assessment of valuations under the Valuation of Land Act,
rental assessments and determinations, development feasibility studies,
subdivisions, commercial and industrial premises. Geoff provides
valuations and consultancy advice to a wide range of clients, including
major banks, State and Local Government Authorities, major developers and
subdividers and a range of private clients and solicitors.
Geoff has also appeared as an expert witness in relation to
Compulsory Acquisitions and undertakes litigation (Family Law Purposes).
Geoff's focus is in the inner western and western Sydney region.

Estate Valuer 1921 (without limitation); Certified Practising Valuer;
Registered under the Co-operation Act 1923 and the Permanent Building
Societies' Act 1967.
Terry joined Frank Egan at Egan National Valuers (NSW) in January 1972 and
thereafter gained experience in all facets of valuation. Terry has practised as
a qualified valuer since 1971 and was a Director of Egan National Valuers
between 1985 - 2002.
Terry's current work involves litigation for compensation as an
expert witness arising from compulsory acquisition by State and Local
Government authorities and rating objections under the Valuation of Land
Act. He also has specialist knowledge in child care centres and
industrial and commercial valuations. Terry undertakes determinations on behalf
of the Australian Property Institute and acts as a single expert witness in the
Family Court of Australia.
