Valuation Experience: Associate Diploma in Valuation, Associate of the Australian Property Institute, Registered Valuer (No. 3019), Certified Practicing Valuer (without limitations), Valuing in Sydney since 1984, Valuing with Egan since 1991.
Specialisation and Expertise: Experienced in valuing a variety of properties throughout NSW as well as litigation (Family Law), Just Terms Compensation, rental determinations, as well as Australian Property Institute presidential appointments in regard to rental determinations and capital valuations. He has also appeared as an Expert Witness in relation to rating objections under the Valuation of Land Act.

Valuation Experience: Associate of the Australian Property Institute, Registered Valuer (No. 2577), valuing with Egan since 1981 and was Director of Egan National Valuers from 1985-2002.
Specialisation and Expertise: Extensive experience in valuations under the Valuation of Land Act, rental assessments and determinations, development feasability and valuations of Family Law purposes, as well as extensive knowledge of acquisition valuations under Just Terms Act. He also provides a wide range of valuation and consultancy services to State and Local Government bodies.

Valuation Experience: Associate of the Australian Property Institute, Registered Valuer (No. 1285), valuing with Egan since 1981 and was Director of Egan National Valuers from 1985-2002.
Specialisation and Expertise: Consultant to a number of local Councils and advises on the purchase, leasing and disposal of real estate assets, as well as acting as an Expert Witness in matters relating to Compulsory Acquisitions (particularly Easements) and Professional Indemnity cases.

Valuation Experience: Associate of the Australian Property Institute, Registered Valuer without limitations (No. 2562), valuing with Egan since 1989.
Specialisation and Expertise: Specialises in assessment of valuations under the Valuation of Land Act, rental assessments and determinations, development feasibility studies, subdivisions, commercial and industrial premises and provides consultancy advice to major banks, State and Local Government Authorities, major developers and subdividers. He has also appeared as an Expert Witness in relation to Compulsory Acquisitions and Family Law matters.

Valuation Experience: Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, Registered Valuer without limitation (No. 1921), Certified Practicing Valuer, Registered under both the Co-Operation Act 1923 and the Permanent Building Societies Act 1967, valuing since 1971, valuing with Egan since 1972 and was a Director of Egan between 1985-2002.
Specialisation and Expertise: Litigation for compensation as an Expert Witness arising from compulsory acquisition by State and Local Government Authorities, rating objections under the Valuation of Land Act, specialist knowledge in child care centres and industrial and commercial valuations. He also acts as a single Expert Witness in the Supreme Court, Land and Environment Court and the Family Court of Australia.
