Valuation Experience: Registered Valuer, Val Prof (Urban). Glenn has 28 years commercial valuation experience and is now responsible for running, promoting and expanding the Darroch brand throughout New Zealand. Prior to becoming part of Darroch in 2006 Glenn was the Managing Director of Attewell Gerbich Havill Ltd which operated throughout the Waikato Bay of Plenty region.

Valuation Experience: Registered Valuer, FPINZ, FNZIV, Bachelor of Commerce, Dip VPM, over 20 years of valuation experience.

Specialisation and Expertise: John has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, including arbitration, compensation and expert witness work. He also has considerable experience in the valuation of investment properties for a number of trusts and corporate clients.

Valuation Experience: Registered Valuer, FPINZ, FNZIV, nearly thirty years of valuations experience, Associate Member of the Arbitrators & Mediators Institute (AAMINZ).

Specialisation and Expertise: Mike is experienced in working as an expert witness and arbitrator. He is employed regularly in litigation disputes and has provided evidence before both the High Court and Land Valuation Tribunal.

Valuation Experience: Registered Valuer, ANZIV, MPINZ, Jamahl has also worked as a Tutor at Massey University for Valuation and Property Management courses.

Specialisation and Expertise: Jamahl specialises in commercial, industrial and retail property valuations and consultancy. He started working at our Darroch branch in Auckland and has since moved to our Waikato branch, he is also responsible for the evaluation of our IT systems.

Valuation Experience: Chris has a valuation career that spans over thirty years in both the public and private sectors, he also has 20 years of experience in the Wellington market.

Specialisation and Expertise: Chris specialises in the valuation of commercial and industrial properties particularly for market valuations, rental assessments, asset valuations and insurance valuations. His expertise includes portfolio valuations for clients with assets within and beyond the Wellington region.
