Egan National Valuers (SA) has evolved over the past thirty years, and was formed initially
upon the merger of two independent valuation practices established in 1978 and 1984. Our staff currently include
ten Senior Valuers, four Graduate Valuers and a Research Analyst. We operate as a private company under the banner
of Egan National Valuers and currently have five Principals who are responsible for the management of this practice.
They are: Kym Dreyer, Jeff Cottle, Neil Bradford, Adrian Burg and Susan Visser.
Egan National Valuers (SA) also hold current Professional Indemnity Insurance cover.

Valuation Experience: Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, Associate of the Real Estate Institute of Australia (SA), Former President of the Australian Property Institute (SA), SA Rep. National Professional Board (Australian Property Institute), Former Chairperson of the Membership Application Committee of the Australian Property Institute (SA), Member of the Panel of Examiners (API), Bachelor of Applied Science (Valuation), Certified Practicing Valuer, Kym also is a National Director of the Egan National Valuers Group.
Specialisation and Expertise: Kym has extensive experience in all areas of residential, retail and industrial real estate within Adelaide as well as being experienced in portfolio assessments and rental valuations. He also has appeared as an expert witness in the Supreme Court, Commercial and Family Law Courts.
Valuation Experience: Associate of the Australian Property Institute, Associate Diploma in Valuation (RMIT, 1984), Certified Practicing Valuer, Member of the Panel of Examiners (API), over 30 years of valuation experience throughout SA.
Specialisation and Expertise: Jeff has extensive experience in the valuation of a broad range of retail, industrial, residential, rural and special purpose properties. He also has appeared as an expert witness in the Supreme Court, Commercial and Family Law Courts.
Valuation Experience: Associate of Australian Property Institute, Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Resource Management (Valuation), University of SA (1987), Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment , Securities Institute of Australia (1999), Member of the Panel of Examiners and CPD Committee of the API, some 20 years of valuation and real estate experience within the South Australian market.
Specialisation and Expertise: Neil has vast experience throughout a range of industries within the property market in SA including working with subdivisions, rental valuations, portfolio assessments, retail, industrial and specialised properties.
Valuation Experience: Associate of Australian Property Institute, Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Resource Management (Valuation), University of SA (1985), Member of the Panel of Examiners (API).
Specialisation and Expertise: Adrian is a Senior Valuer who has extensive experience throughout all aspects of valuation and property consultancy. He has also served as an expert witness in the Supreme Court, Commercial and Family Law Courts.
Valuation Experience: Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, Certified Practicing Valuer, Member of the Panel of Examiners (API), Assessor for Courts Administration Authority.
Specialisation and Expertise: Susan has extensive experience in all areas of commercial, retail and industrial real estate in SA and specialises in major retail centres.
Valuation Experience: Associate of the Australian Property Institute, SA Institute of Technology (Valuation Courts), Real Estate Institute of SA (Land Agents and Managers Course), former Member of the Australian Property Institute Membership Committee and Member of the Panel of Examiners (API), over 35 years of valuation experience throughout SA.
Specialisation and Expertise: Chris has extensive experience in all areas of valuation throughout SA both rurally and in metropolitan areas. He has also appeared as an expert witness for the Supreme Court, Commercial and Family Law Courts.

Specialisation and Expertise: Alex has extensive experience in all areas of residential, retail and industrial real estate and specialises in special purpose properties like hotels, motels, age-care facilities and retirement villages. He has also appeared as an expert witness for the Supreme Court, Commercial and Family Law Courts.

Specialisation and Expertise: Michael is specifically engaged in the valuation of commercial, rural living and residential property within the City of Adelaide and throughout the metropolitan area of Adelaide and surrounding districts.
Valuation Experience: Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (SA), Bachelor of Business (1979), Graduate Diploma in Mathematics (1984) and Member of the Panel of Examiners (API), over 35 years experience in valuation throughout SA.
Specialisation and Expertise: Stan is vastly experienced in valuation and property consultancy throughout SA, specialising in compulsory acquisition and litigation. He has also appeared as an expert witness for the Supreme Court, Commercial and Family Law Courts.
