Egan National Valuers (WA) was established in 1978 by Robert Bracewell as an independent valuation and consultancy practice based in Perth and has continued to evolve over the past thirty years. In 1985 the practice became a part of the Egan National Valuers group, and in 1997 merged with G E Chapman & Associates. Currently we operate as a private practice under the Egan National Valuers banner and have six directors who are: Gavin Chapman (Managing Director), Blake Smith, Paul Rogers, Gordon Jeanes, Tim Anderson and Richard Hagon.
We have broad experience within valuation and consultancy services across many areas of property. Specific areas of expertise include: litigation, resumptions and feasibility studies. In addition, property consultancy is provided in the areas of residential subdivision and large unit developments, tourism and leisure projects, and licensed premises. We have also developed specialised expertise in project and cash flow analysis. Egan National Valuers (WA) holds Professional Indemnity Insurance cover of $20,000,000 AUD.

Specialisation and Expertise: Tim has extensive experience in valuation and consultancy services, particularly in the fields of sub-divisional consultancy and analysis, urban renewal and the aged care and retirement industries.
