Valuation Experience

Amanda  Norman is a Certified Practising Valuer in the State of Victoria and is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.  Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business in Property (Valuations) from RMIT and was admitted as an Associate of the Australian Property Institute in 2000.

Specialisation and Expertise

Amanda started her career undertaking residential valuations, and specialised for some time in CBD apartment valuations, as well as spending a few years valuing over metropolitan Melbourne.  She then moved into the non-residential area undertaking a variety of valuations, including a mix of retail, commercial and industrial premises.  Amanda also worked for a private firm for a period of time undertaking the Municipal Valuations for all non-residential statutory valuations on behalf of the Wyndham City Council.

At a previous job, Amanda was in the role of Associate Director and also specialised in larger shopping centre valuations over Australia, travelling to NSW, Queensland and Tasmania to undertake numerous jobs, including large bulky goods and DFO retail centres.  She was also qualified at the time as a Certified Practising Valuer within the states of NSW and Queensland.

Amanda has more recently concentrated on retail and commercial property of varying sizes and values, together with a mix of industrial properties and complexes, residential project valuations, and residential properties.
