Specialisation and Expertise
Stephen has been valuing for some 19 years, within the cities of Auckland, Brisbane, Melbourne, and London in the mid 1990’s. In Melbourne, Stephen has concentrated on strip and CBD retail and commercial property, together with a variety of industrial properties and complexes, and residential project valuations. Stephen has also undertaken many lessee valuations for both residential and industrial property and motels, alternate use valuations for a number of church holdings, rent reviews, and rental determinations.
